In this meeting, Ghan Constructions will

Discuss your property’s suitability with respect to your proposed development.
Establish an approximate budget.
Establish their clients objectives, wants and needs.

Initial design meeting/client consultation where our designer will achieve a design brief which encompasses all of your design criteria. This process also include the material selection which ensures you get the finishes you want!

Prior to construction, we will help you in the process of attaining;

Development Consent Applications (DA)
Compliance Development Certificate Applications (CDC)
Construction Certificate Applications (CC)
BASIX Certificate Applications.

These certificates are necessary for the construction and we’ll help make this process smooth
